La Tinaja Guest Ranch is located five miles from El Morro off of Old Country Road 48. This conservation easement contains approximately 3,500 acres in Cibola County of majestic New Mexico and lies about 10 direct miles east-by-southeast of the Town of Ramah, NM (nearest town by road); about 20 miles south-by-southeast of the City of Gallup, NM; and about 23 direct miles west-by-southwest of Grants, NM, along the southwest flanks of the Zuni Mountains in the high country of northwestern New Mexico.

La Tinaja Guest Ranch is accessible by a groomed gravel road originating near mile marker 46 on State Highway 53 in the village of El Morro. From the intersection of Highway 53 and the access road, travel approximately 3.7 mils north to a "Y" intersection. Turn right (northeast) and travel 0.4 mile to the property's west boundary at a gate in the barbed wire perimeter fence.
